Search entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy policy and terms govern what happens after the query is sent.
Messages
An email or contact message may include an address, name, and any facts the sender chooses to provide. Messages are retained as needed to answer the inquiry and manage related correspondence. They are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
Technical Data and Cookies
Ordinary server, security, and analytics processes may record technical facts during a page visit. Those facts can include:

- correct information that is inaccurate;
- request deletion when retention is not legally required; or

These choices concern data held by this private site. A request about a Madison Parish booking, court file, or DPS&C record must go to that government custodian and remains subject to Louisiana records and expungement law.
